Caveman Keto Pizza “Bagel”

I needed to use up my almond buns, so this is what I ended up with.

  • 1 Caveman keto almond bun (recipe here)
  • 2 tbsp contadino pizza sauce (the squeeze bottle kind)
  • 1 Kraft 2% milk mozzarella string cheese
  • 4 Slices of Meijer pepperoni

Put pizza sauce on keto bun, as well as HALF the string cheese, and 3 slices of pepperoni. Stick in oven or toaster oven on broil until cheese is melty (watch it to make sure the bun doesn’t burn).

While you’re waiting for it to cook, eat the other half of your string cheese and single pepperoni slice. This is necessary, trust me. Your pizza will turn out terrible if you don’t do this, so JUST DO IT.
